We offer Next Day delivery service on a range of products if ordered before 1pm
You can select from a range of dates over the next 2 weeks for your delivery date
- Only payments via Credit/Debit card for this service
- An additional delivery charge (per item) of £20 is chargeable on Saturday Deliveries
- There are no delivery's on Sunday using this service
- You may select a delivery date of your choosing over the next 14 days. Some days may be excluded due to bank holidays
- Please make sure you are in on the selected date, or that someone there can sign for and check the delivery
- If a delivery is attempted, but there is no-one at the delivery address, an additional £15 re-delivery charge will be added to your order
- Please check the condition of all packaging and make a note of any damages on the delivery sheet
All items must be ordered before 1pm for next day delivery. You have the option to select another date in the future (up to 14 days in advance) if you don’t want it next day.
All orders will be dispatched on a next day (Mon – Sat excluding public holidays) delivery service providing the order is placed before 1:00pm. Deliveries are made by a one man delivery service. This means the courier can only deliver the ordered items to the front door of the designated delivery address. If you reside in an apartment or a block of flats, the delivery driver will deliver to the lobby of the building only. Deliveries will be made Monday – Saturday (excluding public holidays) between 9am–6pm.
There is an additional delivery charge per item of £20 for Saturday deliveries
Please note that the delivery company that provides this service is not insured to enter private premises. If you purchase a product on nextday delivery and require assistance with the positioning of the product you must arrange the assistance yourself.
If you agree a booked delivery date/time and delivery cannot be made due to your not being present on arrival a fee of £15 will be applied for a redelivery.
When the item is delivered please inspect for damage, unpack the goods if necessary. If there is any doubt please sign for the item as "damaged" as once the carrier has left the premises and damage is reported we are not able to replace the item. The drivers will wait for 15 minutes while goods are inspected before leaving the premises.
PLEASE NOTE ANY ITEM THAT IS DAMAGED MUST BE REPORTED AT THE TIME OF DELIVERY ON THE POD AS ONCE THE DRIVER HAS LEFT WE CANNOT REPLACE FAULTY ITEMS/PARTS.
